As well as offering professional in-house design services, we can also accept files created externally. However there are some considerations necessary to help us ensure the best printing quality for your project.

All externally created files must be submitted with bleed of at least 3mm all around. Certified PDF is the preferred file format, but we are able to accept any files supported by the software detailed in the relevent section of this website.

Colour bit map images should be at least 300 dots per inch at the final printed image size and CMYK colour mode is preferred. If you need to use jpeg format for your image files please ensure maximum quality is selected as the compression setting. Line art tiffs need to be at least 1200dpi. And finally eps file format is prefered for logos supplied to help us maintain the standards that we represent and the standards you require.
