Waterless Litho

Installing the first Waterless Litho Direct Imaging Press in Wales is a major triumph for Seargeants and has provided us with a unique product.

Waterless printing is an offset lithographic printing process which eliminates the water or dampening system used in
conventional printing.
It uses a special silicone rubber coated printing plate,
special inks and a means of temperature control on press making it a more Eco-friendly process all round.
